We are looking for an experienced Frontend Developer to join our team with a focus on building software products for intensive care patients and clinicians.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development within an industrial environment.
• Excellent command of Angular, TypeScript, and Node.js.
• Strong background in the full software development lifecycle—from concept to market-ready, tested, and maintainable code.
• Pragmatic mindset in making technical decisions, with a focus on achieving objectives and meeting deadlines while avoiding unnecessary complexity.
• Clear understanding of the distinctions between specification, algorithm, and implementation.
• Confident communicator, able to present ideas, results, and challenges effectively.
• Experience mentoring and supporting junior developers.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and workflows.
• German language proficiency at C2 level.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in shaping the architecture, design, and development of the Mona frontend.
• Contribute to creating a focused, high-performance, and reliable user interface.
• Manage cooperation with external technical partners to integrate third-party systems.
• Implement communication between the frontend and Mona’s WebSocket and REST APIs, as well as other external services.
• Prepare and maintain frontend documentation, including data model specifications, algorithm descriptions, and code documentation.
• Offer technical guidance and support to colleagues, primarily within the frontend team.
• Maintain high product standards through established development practices such as specification reviews, unit tests, code reviews, and technical walkthroughs.
