Our partnership with the client began in March 2018, starting with the integration of two developers to address initial requirements. As the project gained momentum, our involvement grew, culminating in a robust team by mid-2019. This multidisciplinary team, covering front-end, back-end, DevOps, and quality assurance, became deeply embedded in the client's processes, even taking on leadership roles within their IT organization. Utilizing agile development practices, we worked closely with the client to contribute to all modules of their software, including security, operations, revenue management, guest tracking, HR, restaurant and venue bookings, and targeted onboard promotions.
